Post-placement Screening
Recruiting and retaining employees is a vital component in the success and development of every business. Organisations are under a great deal of pressure to get it right first time to ensure they operate efficiently and cost-effectively within current employment law legislation.
New starters complete a post placement questionnaire and this enables us to advise your organisation on any reasonable adjustments you may consider so you are able to comply with the Equality Act 2010.
The employee completes an on-line questionnaire. Where roles have few occupational health risks, and the employee has not indicated any positive answers, the assessment is concluded at this point and the business receives a Fit Certificate to this effect.
Roles which have positive comments require us to speak directly with the employee. At this stage the assessment may be concluded, however, if the employee has specific health conditions which may impact their role, it is likely that they will be triaged for a face to face clinical assessment.
The results of a paper screening assessment will be fed back to the potential employer within 24 hours. Face-to-face/video screening reports will be issued to the manager within 48 hours, subject to employee consent.
